Autumn Note QA checks your session note in Rethink before you sign it, so the small things that get claims denied are caught while you can still fix them.
1. Install it
Takes about 30 seconds, once. Use the button for the browser you work in.
2. Use it
- Open your session note in Rethink and fill it in as normal.
- Click Review this note in the panel on the right.
- Fix anything it flags, then sign and submit as usual.
You will get a score and a short list of what to fix. If you are not sure how to fix something, click Help me fix this and it will ask what happened and help you word it.
What it will not do
It never edits your note, never signs or submits anything, and never writes clinical content for you. You decide what goes in the record.
Computers only. Browser extensions do not run on phones or tablets, so this works on a laptop or desktop in Chrome or Edge. A phone version is coming.
