Your questions, answered
My child was just diagnosed. What do I do first?
Take a breath — and reach out. We'll walk you through everything: what ABA is, how coverage works, and how to start. There's no wrong question, and no cost to talk.
How much does ABA cost with insurance?
Most families pay little to nothing out of pocket once benefits are verified. You may have copays or a deductible depending on your plan; we explain it all clearly upfront and verify your coverage for free.
How involved do I need to be?
As involved as you'd like to be — and we hope you'll be a partner. Parent participation dramatically improves outcomes, so we coach and support you throughout with regular training meetings.
Will the same therapist work with my child each time?
We prioritize consistency. Your child works with a dedicated team led by the same BCBA who truly gets to know them — no rotating cast of strangers.
What ages do you work with?
Roughly 18 months through 18 years, with most clients between 2 and 14. Programs are designed around developmental stage, not just age.
